The Sabatier Fuso Nitro+ Chef Knife 25cm is a polyvalent kitchen knife that can help you with all your food preparations. This type of steel has a hardness level of 58/60 HRC, which is slightly higher than the average for most kitchen knives (except for the Japanese ones).
– Comfortable and elegant handle: it is also made of stainless steel. The handle is a smooth and delicate continuation of the blade as there is no visible junction between both parts. The grip is both smooth and pleasant, so you can hold the knife in all comfort.
