Manufactured in France, the Fischer Kids Chef Knife is a polyvalent knife. It can be used for dicing, mincing and slicing meats, fish, fruits and vegetables. Therefore, parents can offer vocational training to their children and teach new recipes.

Main characteristics:

Blade: it is made of stainless steel and has a length of 15cm (usually it is around 20cm for a chef knife, but this one is shortened to better adapt for kids). It is shock and corrosion resistant. The blade also has a curved tip for extra protection.

Handle: made of polypropylene, it enables a sublime grip while cutting. It is comfortable to hold and comes in an orange colour which will surely delight the little ones.

The handle is curved near the heal of the blade, and thus this will guard the fingers against slips. Finally, after using this knife in different tasks, you can easily clean it in a dishwasher.
