All Edonist knives are manufactured in Thiers, France, and each of them is 100% forged from a single piece of steel.

The blades of these knives are made of N4116 Nitro+ stainless steel. This type of steel is reinforced with nitrogen, which enhances the blade’s resistance to corrosion. Furthermore, the blades have a hardness rating of 58/60 HRC, which allows for an easy sharpening when needed.

What truly sets these knives apart from the rest is the original and elegant design of their handles. They are made of ABS, which is a synthetic material characterised for its great durability and resistance. To ensure the solidity of each handle, each knife has 2 crossing rivets made of stainless steel.

Last but not least, we can’t to talk about the roll bag in which this set comes. Ideal to carry and store knves in a safe way, this bag is a great accessory for professional chefs or students at culinary schools.
