The Fischer Kids knife series provides kids with all the main blades used in the kitchen to cut various types of food. The santoku knife is an all-rounder! It can be used in multiple tasks like slicing, mincing or dicing meats, fish, and vegetables. In fact, the santoku knife is the Japanese equivalent of the famous western chef knife.

In addition, it has an 18cm blade made of stainless steel. This material allows the blade to resist shocks and corrosion. It comes with a slightly more rounded tip which provides more protection during use. The blade is designed to better adapt for kids use.
