This roll bag is made of black polyester, which is a resistant material known for its great durability. Its thickness enhances the safety of your knives inside the bag, but at the same time, it still remains a lightweight bag that you would be able to carry without having to force your back.

It has 9 slots of 13cm each one in which you can insert the handles of your knives and other kitchen utensils. Each slot is closed with a small elastic band that secures each item in its place. Whether it is a chef knife, a spatula, a sharpening steel, or any other kitchen utensil, the item will be safely secure in its own slot.

On top of the slots, there is a Velcro fastener that serves to fix and attach the blades of your longer knives so that they too remain still during transport. This way, both the handle and the blade of each knife will have a security measure that will prevent the entire knife from getting out of its slot.

To cover everything inside, the bag also has an internal protection flap also made of polyester. This adds yet another protection layer for your knives and utensils as the first thing that you will see when opening the bag will be the flap and not the blades of the knives (which is actually great if you want to avoid accidents with cuts!).

And wait there is more: the flap does not only provides extra protection but it also provides extra storage capacity as it has 2 incorporated pockets in it. These pockets can be very useful for storing extra accessories such as phone chargers, notebooks, and even an apron!

When the bag is open, it measures 48 x 60 centimeters, which is quite a good size for storing an important amount of kitchen utensils. However, when the bag is closed, it measures only 12 x 48.5 centimeters, and thus it obtains an ideal size for making it transport easy and convenient.

To close the bag you can use its 2 closing clips, which are adjustable just as in school backpacks. The handle lets you grab the bag and hold it firmly, but you also have the option of using the shoulder strap in case you want to carry your bag whilst remaining hands-free. The shoulder strap is also adjustable so that it can be adapted to your size.

Finally, to wash this bag you simply need to soak it in lukewarm water with mild soap, and that’s it! If the bag gets a stain during a shift at the kitchen, you can clean just the stain by using a sponge.
